One item ordered is missing from shipment. There is no easy or obvious way to contact Amazon regarding the shipment made on behalf of Soundcore.Incorrect items.

It is 11/27 at 6:30pm, the delivered time on the app is listed 11/28 1:37am. Plus, there are two items on my order, I only received one item. There is no communication that the other item will be sent out separately. Or it is in fact, got neglected. Anker , you can do better than this. Poor communication.
