the delivery was marked as a failed attempt due to the Easter holiday. I found that strange ... just bring it after the holidays. What wasn't acceptable was by chance I found it had been thrown up onto a balcony of my house. So not only was I misled by being told it couldn't be delivered, it had been delivered and I wasn't told.
