Emballage endommagé. Le livreur ne m’a pas invité à vérifier le contenu.Damaged.

first delivery attempt:
said I was not home but delivery guy was never near my house.
second delivery:
Said he could deliver the parcel to a secure location. Said it should be put in our hallway/ in front of my flat door. Delivery guy left it out in the open for everyone to steal. Luckily I was home and got my package hence the 2 ☆.... Contents of the parcel are temperature sensitive and could explode when left outside.Delayed. Left in wrong spot.

Nach zich mal angeblich Adresse nicht auffindbar, wurde das Paket nun doch wie durch Zauberhand an die angeblich nicht vorhandene Adresse zugestellt. Delayed. Unprofessional.
