Delivery was very slow, kept getting delayed, never updated. Delayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.

My package is missing completely and I looked on both my camera and see that the fedex driver was on the side of my house for whatever reason and I looked and my package is not over there. That was a Christmas gift that was important so I’m very upset now especially since it’s Wednesday and Christmas is Saturday. Will someone please contact me about why the package is missing!!!
