item was a fishing rod and reel combo, the fishing rod arrived broken and unusable.Damaged.

Got a notification saying my package was delivered or rather left at somebody else's place namely a house with a front porch and I have proof of the delivery info saying it was delivered to my address was not as package was left at a house on front porch I live in a apartment without a porch. Contacted fedex representative said package didn't have my name on it nor my address so wasn't delivered as I will be calling my credit card and disbuting the charge of 32.97. As I was one who purchasedUnprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Package was left in the rain by my garage door. My front porch is covered. It had been raining here since 7 a.m. But the driver chose not to leave it on my porch. Package was damaged.Damaged.
