It was almost a week late. I had to call 5 times to you to give you instructions. I was lied to several times about the delivery and instructions. I asked to be contacted about money back compensation and didn’t get any responses. I want my money back by your policy since this has been an unbearable experience dealing with such wild incompetence. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Delayed.

I never received the delivery, delivery is missing as it was never left in front of the door at the given address.
I have also sent an email to the sender of the missing package.
