I live in Colombia! this package was delivered to an address in another country! How can I rate this as anything but a complete mistake!!!

I absolutely HATE ups PLEASE DO NOT send my things through them find another source to deliver PLEASE!!!! They do not care at ALL terrible customer service Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Damaged. Left in wrong spot.
