I gave a 4 because UPS drivers Don't Knock, only place package on Ground Snap a Pic than run. Very unprofessional UPS. This isn't the first, it's the fourth. Matter of behavior and customer service. If I didn't have a Doorbell Ring, Updates On my phone, I would never Known Anything, I also would have been Out of $60! I understand your tired, or you look at this as a paycheck NO FEELS!? Are the MOTTO when it leaves my hands it's your problem mentality.Delivered on time.

I have a covered porch, but the package was left in my driveway. The package and items inside were soaking wet, as it rained shortly after delivery. Damaged. Left in wrong spot.
