Delivered early. Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Package made it to city( Casper, Wy). Was not delivered “dropped off”. Poor communication.

Did not select for it to be left at an access point that closes at 2 pm.Delayed. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot. Poor communication.
