DIDN'T RING BUZZER IN THE BUILDING AND IT WAS STOLEN IM DISABLED AND I HAVE TOLD UPS THAT I AM ALWAYS HOME DO TO ME BEING DISABLED NOW I AM OUT OF WHAT I PAID FOR BECAUSE YOU "UPS" DONT WANT TO PRESS 3 NUMBERS TO BUZZ MY APARTMENT TO LET ME NO MY PACKAGE IS DOWNSTAIRS UR VERY VERY UN PROFESSIONAL IM CALLING THE BBB ON THIS BECAUSE IT HAPPENED BEGOREUnprofessional.

Tracking was poor. Delivery was never confirmed on either the UPS website or my notifications. I had to confirm delivery via this app. Someone could have stolen my package, and I would have thought it just wasn't delivered yet. Need better accountability on tracking goods.Poor communication.
