My package was supposed to arrive no later than December 19 and it only just got here on New Year’s Eve. I know that almost everything has been running slow, but this nearly derailed my New Years plan on account for waiting for the package to arrive before I could leave town. I didn’t even know if it was going to be small enough to fit in my mailbox or whether it would have to be put at my apartment step. Delayed.

I NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED. I STILL NEVER GOT IT. AND NOW NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS. ITS NOT RIGHT TO DO A CUSTOMER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOME PEOPLE DO LIE BUT WHY DO WE ALL HAVE TO BE TREATED THE SAME DAMN WAY... Poor communication.
