There was not much updates on the package until the actual delivery day where I just got a notification that it was out for delivery and then delayed for a bit then delivered sometime after. Delivered early.

my first package was lost. I still haven't gotten it. this package should had been here yesterday but I received notice that further information was needed to complete my delivery. the name and address was clearly on the package. I shouldn't have to give directions on how to get to my house. I spent a total of 3 hours trying to get 1 out of 2 packages. I suggest better training for your delivery drivers and to not to lose packages. now I have to wait extra time for a child's birthday giftDelayed.
