I had to call to find if it was being delivered or not as it was” out for Delivery for over 10 hrs!Left parcel in a safe place. Contacted before delivery.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

my first package was lost. I still haven't gotten it. this package should had been here yesterday but I received notice that further information was needed to complete my delivery. the name and address was clearly on the package. I shouldn't have to give directions on how to get to my house. I spent a total of 3 hours trying to get 1 out of 2 packages. I suggest better training for your delivery drivers and to not to lose packages. now I have to wait extra time for a child's birthday giftDelayed.

Dream catcher had multiple broken glow beads, previous order was missing a set of round head long teaspoons. Should have been 10 total not 5. Also no one knocks. I don't receive notifications until hours later. This is my favorite shopping place but somethings are falling short lately. SMH... Please help. Thank you for your help and support.Damaged.
