Le livreur n’est pas passé à mon domicile alors qu’il dit qu’ils est passé et nous étions à la maison . Je n’ai aucun avis de passage dans ma boîte aux lettres. Le dépôt mondial relais de Lanton n’a pas le colis non plus alors que vos messages disent qu’ils l’ont livré. Merci de me tenir au courant.

Colis non livré alors que j'étais à la maison. Raison: "Nous avons sonné à votre porte, mais personne n'a ouvert". Faudrait déjà peut-être venir jusque chez moi pour essayer de sonner. Numéro de téléphone qui raccroche automatiquement. Deux tickets ouverts chez eux qui ont directement été fermé sans rien lire ni résoudre le problème (GCS-152225 et GCS-152239). Résultat : perte de temps et d'argent. Merci GLS ! Vous êtes de loin le pire service de livraison en Belgique.Unprofessional. Poor communication.
