What is the process like if I migrate to AfterShip Returns？
Our dedicated Solutions Architect team will create a tailored migration plan for each customer to ensure the integrity of key data, assist in return flow configuration based on return policies, and seamless integration with your current eCommerce platform without additional costs. Check the migration processes that we will take care of for you:
Step 1: Configure setting
- Configure return reasons, workflows, and routing rules
- Setup exchanges options
- Connect your carriers to AfterShip Returns
- Configure returns page, customize content and notifications
Step 2: Testing
