there were 2. separate orders of different incense sticks each order had its own white box. I saw from my window she pulled out both boxes and set them both on the ramp. she moved one behind her when she grabbed my mail, by the time I got out the door and to the street she handed me my mail and only 1 box. I asked her for my other box and she immediately got aggressive with me, in my face raising her voice and yelling they only gave me 1 box. she's a liar and a thief who knows she can do itDelayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items.
