prévue pour une livraison a domicile
j'ai dû aller au centre UPS de fondeyre a Toulouse en plein bouchons sur la rocade pour aller récupérer mon colis.
13 km aller-retour.
ça soule, tout ça parce qu'il n'y avait pas de conducteur pour livrer mon colis.

UPS lost the item first, it was already late. and the ironic thing is the same thing happened a week ago with another package. you better hire people that knows how to use GPS. This is no joke I paid extra to get both packages faster. I am to the point that when I buy something that if it's coming UPS I will go somewhere else that uses FedEx instead. This has happened in the past with UPS nothing new.Delayed. Poor communication.
