  • Custom events are triggered in Omnisend for each AfterShip shipment status: info received, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, failed attempt, exception
  • Based on triggered events you can send different messages via Omnisend depending on the shipment status changes in AfterShip
  • You can personalize messages in Omnisend by including tracking number, tracking URL, latest location and signed by info from AfterShip

How it works

  1. Sign up for AfterShip account
  2. Make sure you have an active Omnisend account
  3. Click on connect your store. Select the platform of your online store and follow the steps to continue
  4. Go to Connected apps and click on Connect app and select AfterShip
  5. Enable the app and copy your unique webhook URL
  6. In AfterShip App go to Settings - Triggers - Webhooks
  7. Click Add Webhook URL and Paste webhook URL in AfterShip App and click Add
  8. Select checkbox "Any Updates" so that any updated would be triggered and send to Omnisend
