Steps to activate tracking from Zoho Inventory:

Log in to Zoho Inventory —> Go to “Settings” —> “Integrations” —>”Shipment Tracking”.

Here, find Aftership and click “Connect my Aftership account”.

Generate and paste the API key.

(Or) You can instantly activate the integration by clicking “Activate Now”.

Otherwise, by connecting your own AfterShip account, you can notify your customers by both email and SMS as well as customize the message content according to your business specifications.
