Choose to apply a discount transaction when creating exchange orders on Shopify based on your needs:
- Turn on discounts for daily sales reporting: Apply a full item-value discount on your sales report to obtain accurate tax and sales numbers.
- Turn off discounts for smooth fulfillment with 3PL: Some 3PL systems cannot recognize orders with a $0 value, so you can turn off discounts to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Exchange Order Name Customization
Customize the prefix of newly created exchange orders on Shopify, alongside the original order number and an exchange order count suffix. Simplify tax reconciliation by associating exchange orders without diving into details.
- Trustpilot Integration Available for All Platforms
