Choose to apply a discount transaction when creating exchange orders on Shopify based on your needs: 

• Turn on discounts for daily sales reporting: Apply a full item-value discount on your sales report to obtain accurate tax and sales numbers.
• Turn off discounts for smooth fulfillment with 3PL: Some 3PL systems cannot recognize orders with a $0 value, so you can turn off discounts to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Customize the prefix of newly created exchange orders on Shopify, alongside the original order number and an exchange order count suffix. Simplify tax reconciliation by associating exchange orders without diving into details.

Customize the dashboards with desired data insights and identify logistics bottlenecks with an enhanced interface, for example:

• Drill down/up charts, enlarge map view, add additional filters like delivery date, edit columns, and more.
• Monitor average order-to-delivery time by lane, and track historical exception shipments (regardless of the current status), and actual/expected on-time shipments.
