Designate a fallback email when a customer’s email is unavailable, or use a customized email for all orders. Enhance the reliability of order sync by linking an email to each order.
- Updated sub-statuses in shipment export
Associate delivery status code (“subtag”) with the respective events (“subtag message”) directly in the export file. Investigate reasons for shipping exceptions by referencing sub-statuses.
