Non-API users can now add Protection to specific orders right from the admin dashboard. Prevent revenue loss by adding Protection to orders that shoppers didn't purchase in the first place.
- Refund and shipping status for returns
Notify shoppers who have returned their orders with return labels about refund status and package transit status. Provide better shipment visibility and optimized return experience.
- Auto-cancel return label
Automatically cancel return labels with no shipping updates after 28 days upon the approval. Send reminder emails to shoppers before return labels expire, reducing the cost of unused return labels.
