A new orders dashboard is added on top of the shipments dashboard. View all order details, track fulfillment status and locate all the shipments linked to a specific order in one portal.
- Added “first scan address” in shipment export
Add the “first scan address” as a new custom field in the shipment export. Lodge the pick-up location directly to prevent lost, damaged, and stolen package disputes.
- Accessible by Premium and Enterprise plan users
- Updated sub-statuses in shipment export
Associate delivery status code (“subtag”) with the respective events (“subtag message”) directly in the export file. Investigate reasons for shipping exceptions by referencing sub-statuses.
