The Technical Support Terms form part of the AfterShip Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in the Technical Support Terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

1. Service Levels

1.2. All Enterprise Users shall benefit from the Service Level Agreement described here: [https://www.aftership.com/enterprise-sla].

2. Support Plans

2.1 Aside from the Service Levels, Users may benefit from additional support services as included in their respective Support Plan described here: [https://www.aftership.com/pricing/support].
