These Technical Support Terms form part of the AfterShip Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Technical Support Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the AfterShip Terms of Service.

1. SERVICE LEVELS

1.1 Website Users may benefit from the AfterShip Service Level Agreement as further described here, provided that they have subscribed to the Silver or Gold “Support Plan” as defined in the Documentation and on the Site here.

1.2 All Enterprise Users shall benefit from the AfterShip Service Level Agreement described here.

2. SUPPORT PLANS

2.1 Aside from the above mentioned Service Levels, Users may also benefit from additional support services as included in their respective support plan described here.
