Essentials

Growing stores <100 returns per month

Pricing

$16 mo

240 returns per year

Choose Essentials

What's in Essentials:

  • A hosted, on-brand returns flow with your logo, colors, and policy.
  • Process refunds back to original payment and exchanges for a different size, color, or even a different product entirely.
  • Generate return labels and packing slips inside AfterShip with pre-negotiated carrier rates.
  • Define and enforce what's returnable based on price, category, condition, days since purchase, or any combination.
  • Route returns to the right warehouse based on origin, SKU, or destination with no manual work.
  • Rules approve eligible returns instantly and route the rest — no manual review for the 80% of returns you'd approve anyway.
  • See detailed data on return reasons, refund values, and the amount saved from offering exchanges
  • Issue refunds as store credit instead of cash back with extra credit as incentive to keep revenue in the store.
  • Track the return shipment back to your warehouse inside AfterShip.
  • Automatic status emails at every post-purchase stage so shoppers don't email CS asking.
  • Connect up to 3 carrier accounts for return label generation, with pre-negotiated rates from AfterShip partners.

Premium

Popular

Established brands 100–400 returns per month

Pricing

$99 mo

1,200 returns per year

Choose Premium

Everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Multi-step conditional approval flows, exception handling that automatically scales when 100+ returns/month becomes 500+.
  • Surface higher-AOV or better-fit exchange options at the moment of return, personalized to the shopper.
  • Detect serial returners, wardrobing, and policy abuse with pattern matching across your customer base.
  • Discover return reasons, transit reports, on-time-delivery, refund-recovery. Slice by SKU, channel, or destination.
  • Connect with Klaviyo, Gorgias, Zendesk, ShipStation, NetSuite, and your WMS — so returns data flows where your teams already work.
  • Programmatic access to RMAs, events, refunds, and exchanges — push status into your own systems, build bespoke shopper experiences, and react to returns in real time without polling.
  • Consumer-funded return protection — shoppers pay a small fee at checkout for free returns.
  • Manage and process warranty claims through the same portal as returns — no separate vendor, no extra contract, no duplicate workflows for your CS team.
  • Accept in-store returns and exchanges for online orders with unified inventory and refund records across channels.
  • Connect up to 5 carrier accounts for return label generation, with pre-negotiated rates from AfterShip partners.
